Tasting Notes: Sit back and admire a crisp and clean cup of joe. Nectarous lemon tea and a touch of vanilla emerge. Taste notes of acai berry shine through with notes of raspberry and pomegranate reflecting in this washed, delicious, and light-bodied cup of coffee.

About: Roger Solis is the man behind the production of this micro-lot located in the district of San Marcos. “ San Francisco 1900” is the name given to the highest plot of land where this coffee is grown. Roger Solis operates his micro-lot, but also has a micro-mill where the cherries go through the washing process. The depulped beans are soaked in clean water overnight and laid out to dry the following day. We were cheered by this operation and impressed with this washed Costa Rican coffee that allows us to trace back to Roger Soli’s coffee farm.
