Non-Subscription Orders
We roast our coffee fresh to order and because of this, all non-subscription coffee orders will ship within one week of the order being placed. If you need it shipped early, please reach out to us.
All orders ship USPS and require a delivery address accessible to USPS. Typical shipping times are 1-4 days for USPS Priority or First Class shipping and customers are charged shipping rates at the time of checkout. Please understand, all shipping rates are discounted and transparently listed at checkout. Please note, we only ship within the US.
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and order number. Once your order has been roasted and processed (within one week of being placed), we will ship your order and you will receive a confirmation email or text with a tracking number.

Subscription Orders
Subscription coffee orders are also roasted to order, but are shipped on a scheduled day every 1 or two weeks- you will select this frequency at checkout. We will get in contact with you once your subscription is placed to confirm which day we will be shipping your subscription.

Typical shipping times are 1-4 days for USPS Priority or First Class shipping and customers are charged shipping rates at the time of checkout. Subscription orders process and charge on the day they are selected within the 1-2 week timeframe. Please understand, all shipping charges will also be listed and charged at this time. Subscriptions may be canceled or modified at any time.

Refunds, exchanges, returns.
Due to coffee being a perishable good, all orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. If you are not satisfied with your coffee, please contact us and we will gladly work with you to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
