About: “Las Estrellas” refers to a regional selection of high scoring coffees from the Inza region of Cauca, Colombia. This coffee is produced by 6 farms in the nearby veredas Inza San Antonio, Belén, Betania, and La Palmera and processed by a local family in San Antonio. This family, Pillimué family, has invested in their own warehouse and coffee training lab which is open to the community for coffee training and development.
